I've had this one for about 2 years and it still works like new.The cool shot makes styling after drying a breeze. Can set the temp to whatever gets the job done with no harmful effects. Makes hair manageable in half the time. The only exception is that the teeth have been breaking off, but what can you expect with being used for about 6 hours a day for 2 years!!!!! Am currently looking to get new pic/comb attachment just like included accessory, because I plan on holding on to this unit for a long time. Great product, keep up the good work Hot Tools.
