(More customer reviews)I bought this hair dryer and it was fine until 3 months later when the middle & high setting stopped working.The 48 month warranty requires you pay to ship it to them + $20 to have them fix and send it back either repaired or a new one.If you spend over $100 on a hair dryer it should not break in 3 months, nor should you have to pay anything to return and repair it! I am so disappointed will never buy this brand again.
