(More customer reviews)I have had my dryer for about 3 months.I have always used it on "high" versus "warm" heat because it takes a lot longer on warm and the results are not as good as with high heat.Today, it burned a large piece of my hair.You can imagine how upset I was.I was not holding the dryer steady on this one piece, I was moving it at the time only to see the hair falling to the counter.I would not recommend this dryer to anyone.I have written into Revlon to advise them of this very dangerous product they sell in hopes that they will take it off of the market.
