(More customer reviews)The hair dryer is great.It is very powerful, so if you are looking for a low speed, this isn't the dryer for you.Dries hair very quick but impossible to style using dryer and round brush.I tried to return for a dryer with lesser power.Beauty Basics told me Solano doesn't take their items back so I should call them about returning it to them. I phoned Solano. They do give you 30 days and said they would switch it out for me with another dryer even though I didn't buy it from them.They said they do not sell to Beauty Basic. I don't know where they get their products from. So Solano is reputable, Beauty Basics is not.
