(More customer reviews)My husband bought this dryer for me for Christmas.Well, here it is early March, and the darned thing doesn't work!I noticed after I had it for about a month, there was a slight rattling sound inside the housing.I didn't know what it could be, but it didn't seem to affect the dryer's performance so I continued to use it.The other day, the dryer would only operate on the highest setting, and the handle became extremely hot after about 2 minutes.I immediately put it away and hauled out my old Conair.I loved my Zoe dryer when I first got it -- it worked beautifully and I was extremely happy with the results.Too bad it doesn't work after only 3 months.I wish I could get my money back but I'm sure it's too late.Buyer beware.This product is obviously not quality-controlled before it's put on the shelves.
