I have hair that's wavy bordering on curly, and this dryer really straightened it out--and FAST. I'll be keeping my straightening iron, but only for touch-ups. This dryer is also great for giving your hair some new life in the morning after sleeping on it. Comes with a "how-to" DVD. The straightening attachment can be turned and angled to your preference, or remove it completely and use it as a regular blowdryer. The cord is really long, something you almost never see on hairdryers. The dryer is small and light and would be easy to travel with. A good buy!
