(More customer reviews)I'm always weary of the product nay-sayers when there are so many positive responses for a product, but I felt it necessary to review this product as it truly deserved. I rec'd the dryer within 3 business days which was astounding considering the estimated delivery date was still a week out. I used the dryer that night to practice best use before packing it for a European trip. It took longer to dry my very thin hair than I'm used to and longer to achieve the smooth look I'm used to with my everyday dryer. I will make it work with practice. I believe that's the trick with this dryer.
