(More customer reviews)I love this dryer.It is so much quieter than my Conair ionic, very lightweight, comes with a concentrator and diffuser (for those of us who like curly and straight), and isn't too hot for my fine hair.I've used mine for 5 months now with no problems.My ONLY issue with it is a design flaw with the buttons...they are switch buttons as opposed to slide, and it took quite a while to find a place to hold the dryer without hitting one of the buttons accidentally.This was very irksome for a while, but I got used to it and don't have any problems now.Overall, great value.
