(More customer reviews)I bought the Pro TT because I was looking for a dryer that would dry my hair faster and with less frizz than the non-professional dryers I have owned in the past.The air from this dryer is much hotter than the air from the other dryers I have used in the past.Oddly, I wouldn't say that this translates into faster drying, but it does make for less frizzy hair (although if you want completely sleek hair, you're going to need a flat iron as well).One thing to note though is that the more time you are willing to spend drying your hair (drying it in sections like a hair stylist would), the better your results will be.But even if you just flip your hair over and dry it that way, you will still get decent results.

The Pro TT feels well constructed and comes with a good warranty.It's not unreasonably loud either.It's also very light weight-- much lighter than a lot of the other professional dryers.The only design flaw is the soft touch required of the on/off and heat level switches.It's very easy to accidentally turn it off over and over again while drying your hair.But if you are aware of it, you can figure out how to hold it so it's not so much of a problem.

As for the other bells and whistles that come with this Pro TT, the free travel dryer is WORTHLESS.You could get better and faster results from one of those pretend Barbie hair dryers for kids.And the carrying case is nice, but what you would use it for is beyond me.Unless you're a hair stylist, you're not going to be lugging that case ANYWHERE.It's cumbersome, and at the end of the day, just takes up space because it seems too nice to throw away.

All in all, I do recommend this dryer if you are looking to upgrade to a professional (but still not super expensive like the $150-200 T3), lightweight dryer.But don't expect miracles-- the Pro TT is not going to give you the same blow out you get from your hair stylist.But it will give you a better blow out than you'd normally be able to give yourself.
