(More customer reviews)I just got this hair dryer and I like it a lot. Here is what I think:
Pros:
1875 watts.
Enough settings, but not too many.
Three heat settings (cool, warm, hot) and a cold shot button. The hot is hot enough to dry hair thoroughly but not so hot as to melt it.
Two fan settings, on (low) and high. Low is enough to blow your hair around a bit, getting the heat through the wet. High is enough to really blow the hair around, nice and powerful.
Concentrator nozzle included to concentrate airflow for styling purposes.
Removeable air inlet grille, lets you take off a cover where the dryer pulls air in to clean it more thoroughly.
Ion switch which is supposed to reduce frizz and static. I don't notice a difference, but my last hair dryer had this too, so I may just be accustomed to it. My hair can get frizzy at times and it doesn't happen too much when I blow dry, so this may actually help.
This dryer has a nice, long cord which I find a nice feature. If I have to spend extra time on my hair or do something special with my daughter's hair, I hate to be tied close to the plug.
Very heavy-duty feeling, seems to be made well.
