(More customer reviews)We purchased this for our daughter for her birthday.She wanted a new dryer that wasn't as noisy and I already had a Solis.You definitely pay more for Solis, but you can feel the quality difference as well as hear it in the motor.

Solis hair dryers were used at a gym I frequented and that's why I made my initial purchase.They got used every day and lasted several years.In fact, I think there are still a couple of the originals from the late 80's still in the locker room.When they are replaced by a cheaper model, they never seem to last.

My daughter seems to like the Titan just fine.Definitely quieter for her dorm room!
