(More customer reviews)I purchased this product at a dog show in October. After only a few uses, the stand no longer would hold the dryer in position. When we opened it up to see what the problem was, we discovered that the "nobs" to hold the stand in different positions were only slightly raised, plastic nubbins that evidently wear down quickly. I called Andis about this and their customer service department was not helpful at all. So now I have to hold the dryer by hand, or use duct tape to hold the stand in one position only. I thought the dryer was nice (pretty quiet), but given the shoddiness of the construction of the stand and the snittiness of the customer service representative I spoke with, I probably won't be buying any more of their products.
