(More customer reviews)i used this for the first time today and it definitely dried my hair faster than my old one. i have never owned a ceramic ionic hair dryer before and there does seem to be a difference. it didn't get as hot as my old one...the old one used to feel like it was burning my scalp or neck or hands, this one dries the hair faster without getting as hot! it's lightweight and did a solid job. the true test will be when i dry my daughters very long, very coarse hair!
