Doesn't feel heavy to me, doesn't seem too loud to me, puts out a lot of air, dries my hair quickly, and doesn't make it too frizzy. My hair is extremely fine - this does a nice job adding a little bit of volume without any extra work. I haven't tried the attachments, but they look like they'd work if I knew how to use them :) No complaints so far - I'd recommend it to anybody who's not particularly high maintenance!
